• Offers apply to all eligible bookings, including travel agents and other qualifying third parties at a commissionable rate.
• Offers are subject to availability of function space and guestrooms at time of booking, blackout dates may apply.
• Offers are not valid in conjunction with any other offer(s) or promotion(s) or previously booked event(s).
• Payment must be made in full on American Express Cards.

• Hotel or participating merchants reserve the rights to ask for American Express Card guarantee to confirm rooms or bookings.

• Master Meeting Bills include all delegate room nights, all pre-booked Group F&B, technical equipment, meeting room rentals and delegate rates and exclude sub-contractor fees and    outside catering.

• The dollar value of the incentive will be calculated and deducted from the total master bill prior to final payment processing in accordance with the written sales contract.
• Discount is eligible on the total meeting bills when booking meeting packages at Best Available Group Rates.
• Discount is calculated based on one master bill and excludes applicable Value Added Tax and Service Charge.
• Meeting must have a Master Account; however rooms do not have to be paid for on Master Account to qualify.*
• Standard hotel terms and conditions on check in and check out time, cancellation policy, etc apply.
• Request for early check in or late check out is subject to availability and applicable charges.

* For example, if the Master Account is only for Food & Beverage and audio/visual and the individual travelers pay for their rooms, the meeting can still qualify for the rebate. Rebate is given as a credit on the Master Account and only goes to the balance of the Master Account. If the rebate amount exceeds the Master Account Balance, the Master Account will be paid in full, the eligible rebate amount will be reduced and no cash or other credit will be provided to the group.
